Meet Chef Kim
Lupin is the culmination of a dream that started on the West Coast, where Kim met her husband Mark. Kim has always had a passion for gourmet cooking and farming her own ingredients. In 2015, they settled on a 40-acre homestead in Musquodoboit Harbour, and began their journey of creating a farm-to-table dining experience.
Today, Lupin presents terroir-driven cuisine that captures the distinct character of Nova Scotia.
